Return Policy

At Attractivegrprem, we are committed to delivering high-quality 3D modeling and printing services. Due to the custom nature of our products, our return policy differs from standard retail policies. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Products

All 3D printed items and modeling services are custom-made to your specifications. As such, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds for completed custom orders unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all products will be manufactured according to the agreed specifications and quality standards. If you receive a product that:

• Does not match the approved specifications
• Has manufacturing defects
• Is damaged during shipping
• Is significantly different from the agreed design

We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Reporting Issues

To report an issue with your order, you must:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Provide photographic evidence of the defect or issue
• Include your order number and detailed description of the problem
• Return the item in its original condition if requested

Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

Cancellation Policy

Before Production

You may cancel your order before production begins for a full refund. Once we have started working on your project, cancellation fees will apply based on the work completed.

After Production

Once production is complete, orders cannot be cancelled. However, if there is a quality issue, please refer to our Quality Guarantee section above.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Replacement and Repairs

For defective products, we may offer the following solutions:

• Free replacement of the defective item
• Repair of the item if feasible
• Partial refund if a minor defect does not affect functionality
• Full refund if replacement or repair is not possible

The choice of remedy is at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.

Return Shipping

If we request that you return a product:

• We will provide a prepaid shipping label for manufacturing defects
• Items must be returned in their original condition
• You are responsible for secure packaging to prevent damage during return shipping
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping unless we provided the shipping label

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom designs created to your specifications that meet agreed quality standards
• Digital files and 3D models (non-physical products)
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
• Items modified or altered after delivery
• Consultation and design services already rendered

Design Approval

For projects requiring design work, we will provide previews or prototypes for your approval before final production. Once you approve the design, you accept responsibility for the final product specifications.

Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. All exceptions must be approved in writing by management.
